About Rausheena Group
A bootstrapped idea, grown into a business conglomerate.
Thirty-four years ago, a renowned multinational brand could not manage to set up a 132 kV transmission line in the state of Nagaland, due to technical issues and non-supporting conditions. Mr. Saroj Agarwal, a fresher then, took up this challenge with four other loyal employees and turned it into an opportunity.
“A company with zero experience can also do wonders and live up to the expectations of the department,” he says — a philosophy that has since carried a single foundry into a group spanning railways, power, food, industrial equipment, warehousing and education.
