About Rausheena Group

Thirty-four years ago, a renowned multinational brand could not manage to set up a 132 kV transmission line in the state of Nagaland, due to technical issues and non-supporting conditions. The state was in dire need of someone to work on setting up the line to provide adequate electricity to its citizens. This is when Mr. Agarwal, a fresher then, took up this challenge with four other loyal employees and turned it into an opportunity. He befriended perseverance and hard work.

Quoting Roman philosopher Marcus Aurelius — “The blazing fire makes flame and brightness out of everything thrown into it” — the fire in Mr. Agarwal motivated him to push his boundaries and find success where it was almost impossible. He takes pride in saying that “a company with zero experience can also do wonders and live up to the expectations of the department.” He has successfully turned a bootstrapped company into a business conglomerate with footprints across industries, benefitting numerous citizens of India through his team’s dedicated work.
